About us
Founded to break the cliché that “medical students don’t know how to have fun”, the Bir Hamle Daha (One More Move) Society is our faculty’s lively student group built around socialising and fun.
Our mission
To give students worn out by the endless pace of committee exams, clerkships and night shifts a chance to breathe, and to offer a wide platform where they can socialise and relieve stress.
Our vision
To become the most active and colourful society at Mersin University by proving that academic success can only be supported by a strong and enjoyable social life.
Our events
We follow the principle of “one more move” not only on the chessboard but in every part of social life, and we make university years unforgettable with a packed programme: trips and boat tours, film nights and quiz contests, picnics and exciting tournaments.
